To use screen rotation, in Options -> Visuals first set Fullscreen to 'OFF' then set desired rotation, then set Fullscreen back to 'ON'

Correct Screen Rotation

To use screen rotation, in Options -> Visuals first set Fullscreen

to 'OFF' then set desired rotation, then set Fullscreen back to 'ON'

The screen will rotate off-center if you remain in fullscreen mode.
