What works
Single player, the editor, installation, using user-created mods and maps.
What does not
All highlighted selections show up as black. Also, the arrow on the map covers the map. These issues do not really hinder playability in most cases, but it is very annoying when using the editor.
As a very minor issue, without the cursor patch the cursor appears as a regular cursor. With the patch it appears as the nail that it is supposed to. Again, very minor.
