What works
This is more information regarding the frequent crashing of the program. Sometimes it happens every time an event is marked as 'Done' and the file explicitly saved yet, on re-loading, the event is un-marked because the application had to reload its data from the previous backup.
What does not
I assume it runs fine in Windows. I do not have access to a Windows PC to find out.
Workarounds
What was not tested
This was just checking whether data could be entered and items marked as done.

Additional Comments
The application keeps failing with a Windows "Program Error" saying:
"The program TimeTo.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
"This can be caused by a problem in the program or a deficiency in Wine. You may want to check the Application Database for tips about running this application."
Clicking on Show Details gives:
"Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0x0063ff38 in 32-bit code (0x7bc72207)." and then pages of dump data finishing with:
"System information:
Wine build: wine-5.0
Platform: i386 (WOW64)
Version: Windows 7
Host system: Linux
Host version: 5.3.0-40-generic".
