What works

  • Using a 64-bit prefix it installed with no errors.
  • Can run the game and see the main menu, install mods

What does not

  • Occasionally the intro movies would not play and it would crash but a restart would fix it
  • Changing graphics settings causes the game to crash
  • Could not load an actual map, it crashed. Could only get this far is the renderer was left on D3D_11.
  • Using DXVK or different levels of D3D/OGL caused the Shader Model Version 3 error.

Workarounds

  • Graphics settings can be updated using the game.xml to get around that in-game crash
