What works

Logging in, installing games, launching games, notifications. system tray icon.

What does not

The window is just a black screen (Bug 44985). It's a known bug with a simple workaround. However, this workaround will make the application sluggish and use a lot of CPU power.

Also, games will crash if you try to use screen overlay.

To avoid black screen: launch winecfg, add a DLL override for 'libglesv2.dll', select "Disable".

Go into launcher settings -> Game Features -> disable screen overlay.

You may also need to install winetricks corefonts

What was not tested

Third-party integration (e.g. Steam)

Social features (e.g. friends)

Importing games that were already installed.

Cloud sync.

Hardware tested

  • GPU: AMD
  • Driver: open source

Additional Comments

Previous reports said you must install dotnet, but I didn't need to do this in Wine 6.1. Installer and launcher seems to work fine with built-in Mono and a 64-bit Wine prefix.
