Installing: self-extracting .exe does not work. Once extracted, setup files install OK. All drawing functions appear to work. Dimensioning works but units display shows all trailing zeros (edited Aug 29, 2006): self-extracting exe works with wine 0.9.15
What does not
Edit entity properties dialog does not work and occasionally crashes.

TCLE is no longer available from freecad.com, however it is now available from TurboCadables http://turbocadables.com/download.php#turboCADLE
