What works
So, I installed the latest Paint Tool SAI 2 and get the computer ID, do the whole registration, download .slc file drag to folder with the things and open it up. EVERYTHING works. On Wacom and non-wacom tablets (XP-Pen G640S).

I don't work on more than 5 layers at a time so I have no idea what happens if you have over 20+ layers or have the program open for more than 4hrs.

If you want to use a non-wacom tablet like XP-Pen you have to have DIGImend installed.
