Voice synthesizing doesn't work - gives error message:
> Can not synthesize the speech: OLE error 80045004.

Workarounds
As suggested from the Internet I got these msi-files installed:
I also installed "speechsdk" and "msxml3" with winetricks.
What was not tested
SAPI 4 and Microsoft Speech Platform voice synthesi, because the list of voices is empty.

Probably the only solution is to run Windows in a Virtual Machine and use Balabolka from there, but that's unconvinient.
