What does not
When using Dinput controller, I cannot move character while holding another button, such as fire button. This may be a game bug, as no other applications exhibit this behavior. Also with the controller, I have to re-map the pad to a different axis after launching the game to use it.
Workarounds
Don't use a controller if it doesn't work. Keyboards work fine.
