All drawing tools work; so do edit colors, about, undo, and various other functions.
What does not
MFC42.DLL is required to get the program running.
Right-click drawing doesn't quite work right; after releasing the right mouse button, the program continues to register that color being drawn until the left mouse button is pressed.
