What works

As far as I can tell, no regressions from Wine 0.9.14. Everything seems to work, including most plugins that are provided by default.

What does not

The windows specific window-blinking plugin doesn't seem to work.

There are a LOT of fixme messages output (pretty much a constant stream of them), which can cause gaim to run slowly at times.
