Blank outline of splash screen shows up and then hangs.

Workarounds
Followed Jens' comments from the wine-5 test results with fresh winedir:
winetricks dotnet40 corefonts
winetricks win7
winetricks --force dotnet48 dxvk
--force required because winetricks complains about a breaking dotnet install bug. Seemed to complete install for me.
then running wine ./FrostyModManager.exe in the installation directory resulted in the blank splash screen mentioned above.
Application just seems to hang after that. Dragging the window results in a crash, otherwise unresponsive.
