Full-screen mode always opens on primary monitor.
Workarounds
While the game runs fine, CPU usage is at 100% (as opposed to ~3% on Windows). Disabling CSMT (setting HKCU\\Software\\Wine\\Direct3D\\csmt to 0 in "wine regedit") as suggested in https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47767 reduces CPU usage to ~40%.
