What works
Seemingly everything. The game runs, videos play, graphical effects (depth of field, lighting, particles) all seem to work, as does audio, subtitles, saving, loading, etc.
What does not
The first-run setup tool could not find the game; running it a second time launched the game without issue.
Workarounds
The "Automatically capture the mouse in full-screen windows" graphics option in winecfg was required to avoid inconsistent cursor movement.
What was not tested
Locations other than Tomahna were not visited.
