Make sure the ISO is mounted. I may or may not have used a cracked version, so your mileage may vary (the game is very obscure and I've no idea if it originally had any copy protection).
Due to the way SwayWM handles fullscreen games, I ended up enabling virtual desktop (though the game works fine even without that). If you're not using Sway you probably won't have to worry about this at all.
