What works

• Live stream works from all the cameras
• Live stream image caputure saves correctly on Wine C drive
• Live stream recording feature records and saves correctly on Wine C drive
• Playback works and saves clips correctly on Wine C drive
• Setting motion detection zones
• Changing camera passwords and settings
• Changing video output/encoding
• User management
• Most camera settings work very well

What does not

The CPU load icon is reporting wrong CPU usage %. This causes the program to ask you every so often to reduce the stream quality but nothing seems to happen when you simply ignore it.

Additional Comments

Client version 7.2.2.20 is the last version that works well with wine. Some new encoding libraries have been introduced in the later versions of this client which make it impossible to make it work. The vendor gave me permission to share the link to the older version and to share it with the Linux community.
