To quote version 9 description:
"Very capable program to teach Morse code, CW, using the proven Koch method. After the basics are acquired it will allow the student to
increase speed of copying code and practice under varying "band conditions" of signal strength and noise.
I highly recommend this program if you want to learn or improve your CW skills."
Version 10 boasts an updated interface and also allows you to practice sending code by using the side tone from your key/radio.

What works
All menu items seem to function as designed. program records a practice session to a MP3, files load from text, addition of more characters to practice functions with the "Characters"
"spinner" control from the main program page (That's the up/down arrows.)
The Session timer and the display delay function also.
Speed changes work, as do QSB and associated speed control.
Pitch changes are accepted and work even while in a training session.
Simulated signal strength and noise level controls all function.
Straight key was tested.
What does not
-Program seems to function but starts with an annoying "OLE error 80004001"
-Program also will NOT close down properly with the same annoying "OLE error 80004001"
Must use the kill command to close it down have not found a way to terminate, stop or anything else but kill.
Workarounds
I have also tried by running dll files; msedit, msls31 both Native and Built-In No luck.
