Program installed, activated and starts fine.
What does not
License activator doesn't work.
It breaks when drag and drop a library from the library database or when loading a saved .emx file. It's not usable but the software starts fine.
Workarounds
To run license activator install the following dlls with winetricks:
gdiplus iertutil msxml4 urlmon wininet
