You must disable gpu draw when running the program.

Workarounds

Create a new wine prefix
Run winecfg
change it to windows 7
run the installer with wine msiexec /i teamspeak-client.msi
During installation be sure to checkbox Yes, please make a desktop shortcut

Once completed right click on the shortcut it made and open in your favorite text editor. And on the "exec" line add the following to the end.

--disable-gpu --force-cpu-draw

Additional Comments

On some de's there is a bug where if you fullscreen the program the window manager bar gets draw overtop of the one already on the application.
