"Settings" dialog is broken when AbilityCash is the first program in the wine session.
Workarounds
Start something else (for example, regedit, or Task Manager), and then start AbilityCash.
Or run wineserver with "--persistent" flag, start AbilityCash, exit, and start it again.
What was not tested
Installer. AbilityCash doesn't need to be installed, you can just run the executable file.
