What works
Almost everything during the first few hours of play.
What does not
> Cannot start the game from the launcher. Need to run skyrimse.exe.
> I noticed some minor glitches that looked like solid color bars coming off the river around the start of the game. 3 of the around one area. Otherwise the game looks really good.
Workarounds
> Xbox one wireless controller with xow driver does not work without editing skyrimprefs.ini. Edit or add bGamepadEnable=1 to the main section.
> I noticed some tearing in the video. It seem VSYNC might not have been on. I needed to add ipreventinterval=1 to the DISPLAY section of skyrimprefs.ini. The tearing seems to have improved.
