What works
Apparently everything works, sound, full HD graphics.
What does not
Preinstalled dotnet20 and d3d9. Also with Windows the accompanied "lnk"-File is used to run the game, which defines the working directory and such. These settings have to be executed manually.
Workarounds
Use winetricks to install packages beforehand: dotnet20 and d3dx9_29.
Start the game with wine start -d WINDOWS_GAME_DIRECTORY PATH_TO_CAESARIV.EXE (this is important!)
