Works completly, but requires a little bit aditional configuration.
What does not
You need to labeling all drives (Normaly C and Z). If you dont type Volume name, the app dont works correctly. Some SU right are required for this when yo try to do this with Volume Z

You need to install previusly MDAC 2.8 and Jet4.0 (from Winetricks).Its absolutey necessary labeling drive C, because ThumbsPlus needs it to works correctly. May be you need to do this with Super User rights.
