What works
GUI controls and running a simulation eg the AIDS simulation.
This was tested with 32-bit Java JDK 6u45 already installed.
What does not
Lots of GUI flickering and corruption. Still usable, but it is annoying and might be a big problem for anyone with epilepsy. Kind of looks like memory corruption.
