ESU LokProgrammer 5

What works

Main interface is working, you can use the App normally for creating your decoder configuration
To make it work, I was installing on a fresh WineHQ directory, dotNet 4.7.2 with corefonts and I was able to run the software.

What does not

The communication between the software and the LokProgrammer hardware is not working via the serial port. 
There are to scenarios:
1. You try to read the LokProgrammer and you end with Serial Port error:

Workarounds

What was not tested

Communication between software and hardware, because the communication via serial port is not working.

Is useless if you can't connect to the hardware :(.
