Game ran as expected once dependencies were added. No obscurities of sort.

The Game required dependencies.
Workarounds
After adding mono dxvk and vcrun2019 Game ran well.
Did override "mscoree,mshtml=" as I do for everything.

Only Played for an hour or 2. Haven't tried mods .
