Need install dotnet 4.0 to install and run.
Need configure GDI mode (Graphical tab on Options menu) because with Direct2D the applications crashes and quit loading a file.

With GDI mode the rendering is slow and take some time to view the result of actions (move, zoom, selection, etc.).
