10.x versions check for newer version on start and limits its functionality if newer is found. So cut your internet or update. Newer software requires also same level firmware in the programmer box and refuses to work with older firmwares. There are new versions in every 2 or 3 weeks, so unable to reflash the firmware renders your system useless in 2 weeks.
