Workarounds

Winetricks was used to install dotnet48 and corefonts. Otherwise, the installer fails even sooner.

Which suggests that dwInfoLevel = 6 (SERVICE_CONFIG_REQUIRED_PRIVILEGES_INFO) hasn't been implemented on Wine's implementation of QueryServiceConfig2W. The documentation states: "Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP:  This value is not supported."; the system requirements for AutoCAD 2019 mention "Microsoft® Windows® 7 SP1 with Update KB4019990 (32-bit & 64-bit)". Thus, it seems that, since Wine doesn't support all of the newer APIs yet, this program that is incompatible with previous versions of MS Windows can't run.
