What works
The game runs pretty well, much better than older wine versions.
To run the game you will need a few extra parameters or else it will crash (It also happens on Windows XP).
In order to make the game work, you need to do it like this:
wine MessiahD3D.exe -i +! -x
The -i parameter skips the intros, the game works without it (The intros work well).
The +! parameter prevents the game from crashing.
The -x parameter lets you change the resolution before actually starting the game, the game works without it (Default resolution 640x480 16bits).
What does not
I couldn't get the music to work.
The game uses an audio CD for the music and some dialog but doesn't find the CD even if its inside the drive and complaints about it.
As a result, the intro has no sound.
It doesn't let you change the resolution while in the game (it also happens with Windows XP).
Workarounds
What was not tested
I didn't beat the game.
