Unable to use Logitech Brio, Razerblade Stealth 2017 builtin webcam, or Macbook Pro 2011 Facetime Camera. Cameras are detected/enumerated, but don't work.
URI Calling, attempting a loopback call to Cisco Failed.
Workarounds
Use Winetricks and install dotnet48 winetricks -q --force dotnet48 before installing Jabber. msiexec /i CiscoJabberInstaller.msi

Jabber in WINE has improved significantly. With a little bit more work Jabber should become a valuable tool for Linux users.
