Digital version sold on DLsite with the PlayDRM activation technology based on Enigma Protect and Chromium powered Node.js.
A "demo" version are available on the store, but it is the opening video without any real purpose at all.
The installation process involves a manual extraction of the zip files downloaded from the site, and running the activation program inside the game's folder.
PlayDRM uses Windows API that was only properly implemented on Wine on 6.x branch. It is straightforward to use, but requires to set a proper japanese system locale (LC_ALL=ja_JP.UTF8) before run the activator, otherwise it will not activate correctly. Then fill the serial activation code, and click on the adequate button (a weird japanese font issue will fail to render the text.) to activate the game.
Once activated and stored on the Wine's registry and %appdata%/PlayDRM folder (which means that you should consider create an exclusive Wineprefix to avoid unnecessary activations for each Wineprefix.), the game runs flawlessly, but still requires a little tweaking (the garbled text, when expected japanese text.)
To fix the font issue (almost), open the game's settings and open the "Font" option to set an adequate Japanese font installed on your system. Save the new setting and restart the game. With this, the japanese text are now properly displayed. Always use the japanese locale to use this game.
What does not
The opening video don't plays, instead jumps straight to the main menu.
It requires to install proper japanese fonts before run the game, and still need to open the game's options to set manually a proper japanese font to work correctly.
What was not tested
Finish the game.
Trying to run with the standard C locale.
