What works

Install

Works fine. Note, this only refers to the installation of the software, not the installation of plugins.

Running Program

Program loads up and works ok.

Sounds seem to be working fine.

Connecting, sending, buddies retrieval, and receiving over Yahoo works fine.

Connecting, sending, buddies retrieval, and receiving over MSN works fine.

What does not

After install, during first startup, yon't see any check boxes next to plugins.

AOL & ICQ lock program up if you connect. These IM protocols do not work at all.

Selecting "History" to display the log of an IM fires up a Wine notepad and results in an error dialog over the notepad saying "ERROR : Sharing violation". This may be a result of not having logging enabled.

Preferences

- Most configuration options are invisible and can't be selected to modify.

- New account creation is possible, and configurable until account is deselected. Once you deselect the account it disappears. WORKAROUND : Right click on account icon on buddy list and select "manage" to modify an already existing account.

- Some sub menus crash when clicked on.

Additional Comments

Generally fine if you are using MSN or Yahoo. Most options are broken.
