Workarounds
Webinstall program from Autodesk can't find its own dll libraries. It can be extraceted with 7za and one can run Setup.exe manually then with WINEPATH pointed to ODIS/odis.bs.win and ODIS/odis.bs.wx extracted from original webinstall exe.
Installer probably uses Vulcan, I installed d9vk40 with winetricks. I also have dotnet48 and vcrun2019 installed, not sure, if it is neccessary. Vcrun is probably neccessary for wxWidgets packed with installer.
Installer runs then, but fails at about 8% (2% when restarted then) with following error message:
