What works

Star Citizen 3.2

The Launcher can be installed and can download the basepack data.p4k, it is not installing the game after the download.

Setting a different path also works, but verifying the game does not.

Copy the StarCiticen gameclient folder from your Windows installation nto your wine prefix drive_c .

Star Marine is working playable and multiplayer.

Arena Commander is working as well, playable and multiplayer.

Joining the Persistent Universe is not possible now, it gives a .NET error on Newtonsoft.json .

What does not

The launcher can not verify nor install the baspack.p4k because the file resources/installer-support.exe drops an error with Newtonsoft.json can not be loaded.

Installing .NET failed but its required anyhow ...

Workarounds

Create a new wine prefix WINEPREFIX=~/.wine-sc

Install corefonts and dxvk OR d3dx11_43

Copy your StarCitizen directory to your wineprefix drive_c

Install the RSI Launcher, run it.

Go into the launcher settings and get the path to your StarCitizen folder.

Delete your StarCitizen/LIVE/USER dir :)

Launch and play Arena Commander or Star Marine.

What was not tested

Due to .NET errors, joining the Persistent Universe is still not possible to me.

The PU is fully loading as shown in the gamelogs.

When it comes to screen switch into the game were you stand up from your bed, it cant load the .NET module Newtonsoft.json and stalls.
