I installed these through winetricks as a precaution, some may not be needed: gdiplus, msxml6, vcrun2017, quicktime76, dxvk
There is no way to force Ableton to use GDI anymore to my knowledge, if possible this may improve performance for you
CPU usage is wonky and doesn't appear to actually indicate real usage
