What works

Sound, menus, the game is playable

What does not

A few graphical details seem to load or reload while driving. Not something too important that makes a game unplayable, but still noticeable.

Workarounds

What was not tested

Just drove a bit in a single track

Hardware tested

Graphics:

  • GPU: Intel
  • Driver: open source

Additional Comments

Sound comes before video when launching the game, but it's probably game-related and not because of wine.

The game works with a wired Xbox X/S wired controller. Just launched the game and played with it, no need for extra configuration

HowTo / Notes

ATI video cards
The trend for this game is that ATI video cards have problems especially when used with compiz, however  Nvida appears to work just fine.
HOWTO

1. Mount/Put the CD-ROM into the drive

2. Run the setup normally

3. Even I do not promote piracy, you have to crack this game in order to run correctly

4. So, put the crack no-cd into your installation folder

5. Run it!
