Workarounds

Either disable the Library exporter extension in the Menu->Settings...->Extensions->Generic or ignore the error. The extensions is not needed for normal work, only for the export. It requires Windows Management Framework 5.1, which cannot be installed to the wine at the moment due to the linked bug.

No upstream support

Upstream stated that Wine is unsupported and doesn't want to receive bugs from the unsupported platforms.
