Tested in clean wineprefix and winearch=win64 (even though it is a 32-bit game) with windows version set to "Windows 7" and no overrides nor winetricks added. Out-of-the-box works.
The Ubisoft patch-site is down for this game (and it also only had v1.3) so I tried with one from The Patches Scrolls which worked flawlessly. The previous "white/blue fog"-issue is no more after applying the patch.
The patch was applied after the game was tested on v1.0 first.
