What works

All functions (Registering and Stacking & Processing) work.

What does not

When you try the first processing step (registration), an error dialog box with the message "Encountered an improper argument" appears. Look at the registration settings, make any desired adjustments, then click OK and the process will work.

Same error message appears when you try to stack and reviewing the stacking settings shows many of them to have null entries (i.e., none of the radio button options selected).

The settings seem to be reset to null after a successful stack.

Workarounds

Review the settings after the "Encountered an improper argument" error message appears.

Must install Microsoft .NET 4.5. wine-mono won't work (DSS page faults when you try to do a registration process).
