What works

Tested version was 8.1.5

Everything i have tested :
import RootsMagic v7 database

export to gedcom
create or modify persons
familysearch interface : transfer to familysearch, import from familysearch
...

What does not

if windows version in wine is not win10, application loose focus.

application hangs at startup if wininet is not installed

with defaults wine fonts, some texts are truncated

Workarounds

For optimal performances, i have made a dedicated prefix with following commands :
