Haven't yet found a way to integrate the global hotkeys to AIMP.

The window can sometimes be seen flickering, and therefore the software will be unusable.

Updating AIMP.

Workarounds

How to solve the issue with flickering:

      1. Navigate to the wine configuration (winecfg) of your wineprefix

      2. Go to the "Graphics" tab

      3. In the "Window settings", make sure to disable "Allow the window manager to control the windows"

Solution for updating AIMP if it gets stuck at "closing all AIMP instances"

      1. Go to winetricks and choose the wineprefix where AIMP is installed.

      2. Press "Run taskmgr".

      3. Find "AIMP.exe" in the processes tab.

       4. Right-click "AIMP.exe" and select "End Process"/"End Process Tree"

     The AIMP software should now continue its updating process.
