-As previous noted you need to install WMP9 (e.g. through winetricks) -At the EULA screen during installation you are supposed to scroll to the bottom of the text. The installer does really work like that (testet on WinXP), so it is not a bug. -In my oppinion the game nearly deserves Gold rating
