What works
Starting the installer, and installing the prerequisites seem to work.
What does not
The installer fails eventually with the error message "... Setup wizard ended prematurely because of an error ..."
The last mesage from the WINEDEBUG log contains

Workarounds
We used to following setup to run
winetricks corefonts
winetricks vcrun2013
winetricks win10
winetricks renderer=vulkan
winetricks dotnet462
vcrun2013 and dotnet could have been installed through the installer, but using winetricks seems easier.
