Test Results

Old test results
The test results for this version are very old, and as such they may not represent the current state of Wine. Please consider submitting a new test report.

What works

  • The GPU benchmarks work
  • The user-input mini-game benchmark after the GPU benchmarks "works"
  • Audio in the mini-game sequence works
  • Opening the web link to the report after the benchmarks are done works

What does not

This information is based on the output sent to the website that shows the test results: (test result example)

  • CPU benchmarks either don't start or complete* - it thinks my CPU throttled (which is odd, I don't have this problem with demanding games at all and I also have a giant CPU cooler)
  • Incorrect amount of GPU VRAM is reported - (Reports as "Device(0000 0000) 3GB")
  • Incorrect GPU driver version is reported - (Reports as "aticfx32.dll Ver. 1.0")
  • RAM speed isn't reported (gets set to 0)
  • RAM amount reported is the system RAM + SWAP space (might not be a bug?)
  • The DX11 test(s) don't seem to have run? The field is blank - (The report also mentions this by claiming "insufficient samples")
  • The shooting mini-game benchmark (presumably the user-input benchmark) has an input issue greatly hindering mouse movement, it's almost / basically unusable.
  • Claims the SSD and RAM benchmarks are missing - (they didn't take place)
  • The reports "system" seems to attempt capture Wine identity but stops short with: "The Wine" instead of "The Wine Project"
  • (Not sure if this is a bug) - The checkboxes in the application, prior to running the benchmark, cannot be visibly toggled on or off; all seem to be set to on by default, however?

As a result of the majority of the above, the below occurs:

  • The overall "PC Status" reports as 0th percentile, claiming 100% of all systems with my hardware is better - which is obviously false
  • All of the scores (gaming, desktop, and workstation) were all set to 0% for the report

  • DXVK needs to be installed to support at least DX10 and DX11: winetricks -q dxvk

What was not tested

  • The benchmarks that seem to have been omitted when the run was attempted

Hardware tested

  • GPU: Nvidia
  • Driver: proprietary

Additional Comments
