What works

Only game launcher works.

What does not

The launcher cannot run the game

Workarounds

The game needs the following content so that at least the launcher can work:

"xaudio2_9redist.dll" from Windows x64 and placed in wine's system32 folder

Needs winetricks to install these resources:

• vcrun2017
• xact_x64
• dxvk
• dotnet40
• dotnet48

In linux distros maybe necessary installs the following packages:

• winbind
• mint-meta-codecs (linux mint as example)

What was not tested

game performance, the game no runs, only the launcher

Hardware tested

Graphics:

• GPU: Nvidia
• Driver: proprietary

Additional Comments

Testing was done with Linux Mint 20.3 with Kernel 5.13 and Wine Stable 7.0

The main problem might be .net framework 4.0 and 4.8 as this application might not install successfully. Fortunately Wine Mono 7.1.0 can replace the .net framework, so the launcher will at least open.
