What works

Mostly everything, including HD media playback

What does not

  • It creates 2 desktop entries after installer finishes.
  •  It also requires significantly more memory (1.2 gb), compared to around 300mb on Windows 11, which is enough to freeze my underpowered laptop and cause tons of audio stuttering. On my other PC, it runs fine, since I have more memory on there. 
  • There's an update.ini error every startup until it's been worked around. *See my workaround
  • Occational UI hickups
  • No media control integration w/desktop - keyboard controls only work in foreground

To fix the update.ini not found, create a file with the following contents

HowTo / Notes

Still have to install the correct font needed.

Currently Times new roman is used. I have to test some fonts. Installing many fonts with winetricks is dumb, because of message boxes. Times new roman is not ugly, but it needs to be documented how to make it working 100%.
