A simple black window will appear only after installing dotnet48
What does not
all text and other UI features are missing from the window.
Workarounds
installing dotnet48 will make the program spawn a window
What was not tested
the patch found in this bug thread to bypass the insufficient disk space error was not tested here

There was likely a regression in mono, as the launcher itself appeared as intended on older versions of Wine (7.6)
