What works
Installer 1.0.152 appears to complete successfully. Launching the game is okay with developer and publisher logos shown. Main menu is fine and will let select a few new game options.
If you can skip the opening credit sequence, by loading a game for example, the game runs with expected resource usage.
What does not
Starting a new game tries to play the opening credit sequence. A video appears to be missing because titles are shown but don't fully disappear. Heavy CPU load during this time. More threads are created and memory use increases up to nearly 3000 and about 45G but does not halt like a previous version tested.
Alt-tab causes the game to stop responding to input and goes silent.
Some button icons seem misaligned.
