Not a wine-related workaround. Turning off hyper-threading and/or upgrading to kernel 6.6 will help
Focus losing resolving:
WINEPREFIX=your_prefix wine regedit
Create HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\X11 Driver if it does not exist
Create a new string entry "UseTakeFocus" with value "N"

Poor performance problem (18-20FPS) was resolved! There are 2 options to increase FPS: turn off hyper-threading and/or upgrading to kernel 6.6
Turning off Hyper-threading in bios raised FPS from 18 up to 50 on kernel-6.5.13
Upgrading to kernel 6.6 raised FPS from 18 to 100
Upgrading to kernel 6.6 and turning off hyper-threading raised FPS to 150
